TKR Operations continues to honour and celebrate the inspirational women within our company during Women’s Month.
Meet 26-year-old Dineo Charity Baloyi, TKR – HR Assistant, who is also a Safety Administrator and a final year student studying towards a National Diploma in Safety Management. Dineo, who is originally from Swartdam in Hammanskraal, says that even though she works in a male-dominated industry, she enjoys working for TKR Operations because there is a shared vision and dedication to the mission of the company.
“TKR has also given me a chance to grow, a voice, and I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my role,” she said.
“My message to women is that they must remember that good things take time, dream big, stay focused, stay positive and strong, and know that everything is going to be alright,” said Dineo.
